NEW BOOK IN PROGRESS

What People Don’t Say

The conversations we avoid, the truths we leave unexamined, and the price we pay for both.

What becomes possible when we're willing to be more honest with ourselves and each other?

What Aren't We Saying—Even to Ourselves?

I’m writing a new book exploring why we hesitate to acknowledge what matters most—even to ourselves—and how that avoidance influences the way we see ourselves, communicate, make decisions, and show up in our personal and professional lives.

Drawing on psychological and organizational research, personal stories, and real-world case studies, What People Don’t Say examines how these patterns affect us individually, shape our relationships, and influence how we lead, collaborate, and make decisions within teams and organizations.

At its heart, the book explores what becomes possible when we’re willing to be more honest with ourselves and others—opening the door to greater clarity, deeper connection, and meaningful change.
